United Kingdom: The FTSE 100 Index Closes 0.31% Higher.

The FTSE 100 Index gained 34 points or 0.31 percent on Tuesday to close at 10891 points. Gains were led by Antofagasta (6.85%), Anglo American (5.45%) and Halma (5.02%). Biggest losers were Smith & Nephew (-6.22%), BP (-4.68%) and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (-4.11%).
