Siemens Energy, which supplies turbines used in data centers, rose 2.3%, and software group SAP added 1%. Chipmaker STMicroelectronics was among the strongest performers, surging 3.5%. Energy majors fell as oil prices continued to decline, while miners also slipped. Among individual movers, French spirits group Pernod Ricard dropped 1.5% after reporting a larger-than-expected decline in sales. Germany's Delivery Hero edged 0.4% higher after raising its 2026 outlook. Investors will also focus on the Jackson Hole meeting, which begins Thursday, with Fed Chair Kevin Warsh set to speak Friday.
