The Dow Jones Index dropped 224 points or 0.41 percent on Tuesday to close at 53752 points. Losses were led by Honeywell International (-4.45%), Alphabet (-4.10%) and Amazon (-2.11%). Offsetting the fall, top gainers were IBM (0.99%), Caterpillar (0.90%) and Chevron (0.87%).
