Residential property prices in Ireland eased to 6.5% year-on-year in March 2026, following a downwardly revised 6.7% increase in February, marking the lowest reading since February 2024. House price growth slowed to 6.1% from 6.2%, while apartment price growth eased to 9.1% from 9.5%. Regionally, prices in Dublin edged up to 5.7% from 5.6% in February, while growth outside the capital slowed to 7.2% from 7.6%.
