In China, the Shangai Composite Index rose 24 points or 0.7 percent on Tuesday. Leading the gains are LONGi Green (6.5%), Sany Heavy Industry (3.8%) and Inner Mongolia BaoTou Steel (2.8%). Top losers were Shanghai Pudong (-2.7%), Bank Of Nanjing (-1.7%) and Hua Xia Bank (-1.3%).
