In Tokyo, the Nikkei 225 Index fell 223 points or 0.56 percent on Monday. Leading the losses are Yaskawa Electric (-9%), Furukawa Electric (-3.8%) and Fanuc (-3.2%). Top gainers were Nippon Sheet Glass (3.7%), Nippon Express (2.6%) and NEC (2.3%).
