Business confidence in Portugal rose to 2.8 in July 2025, reaching its highest level in six months and extending a three-month upward trend from 2.6 in June. This increase was mainly due to a strong boost in sentiment among service providers (12.8 vs 9.4 in June). Constructors and manufacturers also showed improvements, while confidence among traders declined (1.3 vs 2).
