Poland’s corporate sector wages rose by 9% year-on-year to PLN 8,881.84 in June 2025, following an 8.4% increase in the previous month and exceeding market expectations of an 8.6% rise. Compared to the previous month, the average gross salary grew by 2.4%, mainly due to due to a larger scale of payments such as awards and bonuses, quarterly and annual premiums, and overtime pay. On a year-to-date basis, wages rose by 8.7% compared to the same period last year.
