Poland’s corporate employment declined by 0.8% year-on-year to 6.44 million in June 2025, matching market expectations and the previous month’s pace. This marked the 23rd consecutive month of decrease in corporate employment. On a monthly basis, employment levels remained unchanged, after a 0.2% fall in the preceding period. Meanwhile, the average monthly gross salary increased by 9% from a year earlier to PLN 8,881.
