21 July 2025, 11:07 Euro Zone: Estonian Producer Prices Drop the Most in 13 Months.
Estonia’s producer prices fell by 1.5% year-on-year in June 2025, reversing a 0.5% increase in May, marking the first decline in producer prices since last November. It also marked the steepest decline since May 2024, mainly weighed down by slumps in prices of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning (-35.5% vs -8.1% in May). Also, mining and quarrying prices edged down (-0.2% vs 0.4% in May). In contrast, price growth in water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation activities (11.4% vs 11.2%) and manufacturing (1.3 vs 1.1%) accelerated. On a monthly basis, producer prices fell by 1.4% in June, after a 0.2% rise in May, marking the steepest decline in three months.
