Namibia's annual inflation rate rose slightly to 3.7% in June 2025 from 3.5% in May, halting a two-month slowdown. Price growth accelerated mostly for alcoholic beverages & tobacco (6.9% vs 5.8% in May); food & non-alcoholic beverages (6.4% vs 5.8%); and housing & utilities (4.1% vs 3.6%). On a monthly basis, consumer prices were flat in June, after increasing by 0.2% in each of the previous two months.
