New York--March 2--The Nasdaq ended lower in a volatile session that saw the index fall 4%, then recover all of its losses before sliding again. The Dow Jones industrial average, meanwhile, ended in mildly positive territory but was well off both its best and worst levels for the day. The Nasdaq closed down 65.67, or 3.01%, to 2117.70 and the Dow was up 16.17, to 0.15%, to 10,466.31.
