Fed's Powell: No comments on monetary policy outlook

Delivering his speech, titled "Prospects for Emerging Market Economies in a Normalizing Global Economy," at the 2017 Annual Membership Meeting of the Institute of International Finance, Washington, D.C., Fed Governor Jerome H. Powell didn't comment on the current state of the economy or the monetary policy outlook.
