Producer prices in Greece increased 8.8% year-on-year in June 2026, easing from a 13.5% rise in the previous month. The slowdown was driven mainly by a sharp deceleration in energy prices (15.5% vs 26.4%) and softer inflation for non-durable consumer goods (1.1% vs 1.6%). In contrast, price pressures strengthened for intermediate goods (6.4% vs 6.1%), capital goods (3.6% vs 3.4%), and durable consumer goods (2.2% vs 2.1%). On a monthly basis, producer prices fell 3% in June, following a 0.9% decline in May.
