Residential property prices in Ireland edged up 7% year-on-year in January 2026, following a downwardly revised 6.9% increase in the previous month. House price growth remained steady at 6.6%, while apartment prices picked up pace, rising 9.1% from 8.7%. Regionally, Dublin prices climbed 6.1%, up from 5.6% in December 2025, while growth outside the capital eased slightly to 7.7% from 7.9%.
