In Frankfurt, the DAX Index rose 162 points or 0.7 percent on Friday. Leading the gains are BMW (3.9%), Infineon (2.8%) and BASF (2.3%). Top losers were RWE (-1.4%), Hannover Rueck (-0.9%) and E.ON (-0.6%).
