The Shangai Composite Index rose 0.4 points or 0.01 percent on Tuesday to close at 3966 points. Leading the gains are Aisino (10%), Hengli Petrochemical (6.8%) and Aluminum Corporation of China (4.5%). Top losers were Yonghui Superstore (-6.1%), Huaneng (-3.8%) and GD Power Development (-3%).
