The SENSEX Index rose 448 points or 0.5 percent on Friday to close at 84929 points. Leading the gains are Tata Motors (2.4%), Power Grid (2.1%) and Reliance Industries (1.3%). Top losers were HCL Tech (-1.25%), Kotak Mahindra Bank (-0.2%) and ICICI Bank (-0.2%).
