17 December 2025, 17:29  Ireland: Property Prices Hit 20-Month Low.

Residential property prices in Ireland rose by 7.3% year on year in October 2025, easing from a downwardly revised 7.5% increase in the previous month. This marked the lowest level since February 2024, as house price growth moderated to 7.3% from 7.7% in September, while apartment prices edged higher to 7.4% from 7.2%. Regionally, price growth in Dublin inched up to 5.4% from 5.3%, while growth outside the capital softened to 8.9% from 9.4%. On a monthly basis, residential property prices slowed slightly to a five-month low of 0.6% in September, from a downwardly revised 0.8% rise in the previous month.
