The number of building permits issued in Serbia fell 2.9% year-on-year to 3,511 in October 2025, following a 3.1% increase in the previous month. Of these, 86.8% were for buildings and 13.2% for civil engineering constructions. For buildings, 85.5% of permits were for residential and 14.5% for non-residential buildings.
