15 December 2025, 12:35  Poland: Inflation Falls to Lowest Level Since May 2024.

Annual inflation in Poland slowed to 2.5% in November 2025, the lowest level since May 2024, easing from 2.8% in the previous month and below preliminary estimates. The moderation was primarily driven by slower price growth in food and non-alcoholic beverages (2.7% vs. 3.4% in October), housing and utilities (4.1% vs. 4.2%), recreation and culture (1.7% vs. 2.0%), and education (6.1% vs. 6.2%), alongside sharper declines in furnishings, household equipment, and routine household maintenance (-1.8% vs. -1.1%), as well as clothing and footwear (-2.1% vs. -1.1%). Transport prices remained stable at -2.3%. In contrast, prices rose faster for alcoholic beverages and tobacco (7.1% vs. 7.0%) and other goods and services (1.0% vs. 0.8%). On a monthly basis, consumer prices kept stable at 0.1% in November, unchanged from October.
