10 December 2025, 19:05  USA: Crude Oil Inventories Fall Less than Expected - EIA.

US crude oil inventories fell by 1.812 million barrels in the week ended December 5, 2025, following a 0.574 million barrel rise the previous week and below market expectations for a 2.3 million barrel draw. At the Cushing, Oklahoma delivery hub, crude stocks increased by 308 thousand barrels, after four consecutive weeks of declines. Meanwhile, gasoline inventories rose sharply by 6.397 million barrels, exceeding forecasts of a 2.8 million-barrel build, while distillate stockpiles, which include diesel and heating oil, rose by 2.502 million barrels, compared with expectations for a 1.9 million-barrel increase.
