French domestic producer prices remained flat in October 2025, after a 0.1% month-on-month decline in the previous month. Costs rebounded for mining, quarrying, energy, and water supply, rising 0.5% after a 0.6% decline in September. Prices for manufactured products returned to a 0.1% decline, following a flat reading the previous month. Within manufacturing, coking and refining products fell (-2.8% vs +2.7%), while food, beverages, and tobacco rose (+0.1% vs -0.1%), and transport equipment (+0.2% vs -0.1%) increased. Prices for electrical and electronic equipment, including computers and machinery, remained unchanged (0.0%). On an annual basis, producer prices declined by 0.8%, following a 0.1% rose in September.
