13 November 2025, 23:14  Italy: FTSE MIB Closes Near Flatline.

The FTSE MIB closed flat 44,755 on Thursday, remaining near its highest level since 2001 as markets continued to assess corporate earnings while the resumption of activity for the US government supported the outlook for growth. Assicurazioni Generali gained 1.7% after reporting double-digit profit growth for the first nine months, while Enel advanced 0.5% ahead of its Q3 earnings release. In contrast, Terna fell 0.9% after posting weaker-than-expected results. Azimut Holdings plunged nearly 10% after the Bank of Italy flagged serious governance and organizational flaws at its subsidiary, deeming it unfit for major operations. Poste Italiane slipped 1% despite strong quarterly results.
