Denmark’s seasonally adjusted current account surplus notably increased to DKK 38.4 billion in September 2025 from an upwardly revised DKK 29.2 billion in the previous month, which had marked the lowest level since May. The goods account surplus jumped to DKK 30.1 billion from DKK 22.7 billion a month earlier, as exports increased 6.7% while imports fell 0.8%. The services account surplus inched up to DKK 3.4 billion from DKK 3.2 billion. On the income side, the primary income surplus widened to DKK 8.1 billion from DKK 6.0 billion, while the secondary income deficit deepened to DKK 3.2 billion from DKK 2.6 billion.
