Indonesia's consumer confidence rose to 121.2 in October 2025, up from 115.0 in September, which had been the lowest reading since April 2022. This marked the highest consumer confidence level since April, as all six main sub-indices improved. The economic outlook rose 6.2 points to 133.4, while job availability compared to six months ago increased 10.6 points to 102.6. Perceptions of current economic conditions climbed 6.4 points to 109.1, current income levels rose 4.2 points to 117.1, and income expectations for the next six months rose 4.1 points to 138.4. Additionally, the index for purchasing durable goods compared to six months ago increased 4.3 points to 107.5. Expectations for job availability over the next six months also rose, up 8.9 points to 132.0.
