Croatia’s industrial production fell by 0.1% year-on-year in September 2025, reversing a four-month high 3% increase in the previous month. Output declined at a faster pace for electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply (-14.3% vs -6.8% in August), while production growth moderated for the manufacturing sector (3.2% vs 6.2%), particularly in coke and refined petroleum products, rubber and plastic products, and motor vehicles, trailers and semi trailers. Meanwhile, production fell at a lesser extent for mining and quarrying (-2.5% vs -10.8%). On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, industrial output increased by 0.5% in September, following a 0.1% rise in the preceding period.
