24 October 2025, 13:35  Czech Republic: Consumer Morale Hits Over 5-Year High.

The consumer confidence indicator in the Czech Republic climbed to 107.4 in October 2025 from 103.5 in the previous month. This marked the highest reading since February 2020, driven by a sharp decline in the share of consumers expecting the country’s overall economic situation to deteriorate. At the same time, the share of households expecting an improvement in their financial situation over the next year increased. Meanwhile, a slightly higher number of respondents viewed their current financial situation as worse than a year earlier, while the share of those who do not plan to make major purchases in the coming twelve months also edged up.
