The business confidence indicator in the Czech Republic increased by 1.8 percentage points 103.4 in October 2025, up from 101.6 in the preceding month. This improvement was driven by a rise in sentiment within the industry sector, which saw a notable gain of 4.3 points to 99.8 from 95.5, and in selected services which rose by 0.6 points to 106.2 from 105.6. Conversely, confidence weakened in other sectors including construction (121.8 vs 125.4) and trade (95.6 vs 99.6).
