In China, the Shanghai Composite Index went up by 27 points or 0.7 percent on Friday. Top gainers were China Molybdenum (5.3%), Avic Aviation Engine (2.5%) and Shanghai Electric (2.2%). Biggest losses came from Hengli Petrochemical (-4.4%), Air China (-2.7%) and Shanghai Petrochemical (-2.5%).
