Argentina’s Consumer Confidence Index rose 6.3% in October 2025 to 42.32, rebounding from 39.81 in September and partially offsetting August’s sharp 13.9% fall. All subindices improved: durable goods and real estate jumped 12%, the personal situation index increased 5.8%, and the macroeconomic situation rose 3.4%. Current conditions advanced 10.7%, while expectations for the future grew 3.6%. Regionally, confidence slipped 0.7% in Buenos Aires City but increased 7.8% in Greater Buenos Aires and 7.4% elsewhere. Since its low in January 2024, the index has climbed nearly 19%, though it remains 8.7% below July’s peak. Confidence remains 0.24% below its level a year earlier.
