Poland’s corporate employment fell by 0.8% year-on-year to 6.41 million in September 2025, matching market forecasts, the same pace as in the previous month. This marked the 26th consecutive month of decrease in corporate employment. On a monthly basis, employment levels dropped by 0.1% from 0.2% decrease in the preceding period. Meanwhile, the average monthly gross salary increased by 7.5% from a year earlier to PLN 8,750.3.
