Residential property prices in Ireland rose 7.4% year-on-year in August 2025, unchanged from July and marking the lowest annual increase since March 2024. Growth softened for houses (7.5% vs 7.6% in July) but accelerated for apartments (6.8% vs 6.1%). Regionally, price growth moderated in Dublin (5.3% vs 5.8%) but picked up outside the capital (9.2% vs 8.7%). On a monthly basis, residential property prices increased 1.0% in August, following a downwardly revised 0.7% gain in July.
