In Frankfurt, the DAX Index is losing 194 points. Losses were led by Siemens Energy (-4.1%), Continental (-3.3%) and Siemens (-2.5%). Offsetting the fall, top gainers were Volkswagen (2%), Vonovia (1.1%) and Fresenius (1%).
