10 October 2025, 14:07  Croatia: Producer Inflation Highest in Just Over 2 Years.

Producer prices in Croatia increased by 1.7% year-on-year in September 2025, following a 1.2% rise in the prior month. This marked the highest reading since August 2023, driven by higher prices for energy (2.3% vs 0.6% in August), capital goods (3.3% vs 3.1%), and intermediate goods (1.2% vs 1.0%). Meanwhile, price growth eased for non-durable consumer goods (1.0% vs 1.4%) while remained steady for durable consumer goods (0.2% vs 0.2%). Excluding energy, producer prices rose by 1.5%, the same pace as in the previous month. On a monthly basis, producer prices went up by 0.3% in September, following a 0.2% increase in August.
