Vehicle production in Brazil rose by 15.7% between June and July 2025, reaching 237.8 thousand units, following a 6.5% increase in the previous period. Passenger car output jumped 22.3% to 182.2 thousand units. In contrast, light commercial vehicle production dropped 4.4% to 40.6 thousand units, while truck output increased 6.8% to 12.1 thousand units. Bus production also rose, up 4.3% to 2,894 units. Meanwhile, 243.2 thousand vehicles were registered in July, a 14.2% increase from the previous month. Vehicle exports declined by 5.8% to 47.9 thousand units.
