5 August 2025, 23:40  Colombia: Exports Rise in June.

Colombia's exports rose 2.6% year-on-year to $3.96 billion in June 2025, rebounding from a 2.1% drop in the prior month. The increase was driven by a 35.6% jump in sales of agricultural, food, and beverage products, totaling $1.23 billion. This surge was mainly due to higher exports of unroasted coffee (up 45.8%) and cut flowers and foliage (up 32.2%), which together contributed 21.2 percentage points to the sector’s growth. Manufacturing exports rose 6.6% to $888.2 million, led by machinery and transport equipment (up 15.1%). Meanwhile, exports of fuels and extractive products fell 16.9% to $1.54 billion, weighed down by a 17.9% drop in petroleum and related product sales. The United States remained Colombia’s top export destination, accounting for 33% of total shipments, followed by Panama (6.5%) and India (4.1%).
