Industrial production in Cyprus rose by 0.8% year-on-year in June 2025, easing from a 2.2% increase in the previous month. This marked the weakest growth in industrial activity since a contraction in November 2024, amid a sharp slowdown in mining and quarrying (9.6% vs 19.3% in May) and water supply and materials recovery increased further (6.4% vs 11.9%), while electricity supply declined further (-18.2% vs -1.2%). On the other hand, output for manufacturing rose to 4% from 1.7% in the previous month.
