The business confidence indicator in the Czech Republic climbed by 2.7 percentage points to 101.5 in August 2025, up from 98.8 in the previous month. This marked the highest reading since June 2022, as sentiment improved in almost all sectors, including selected services (107.9 vs 102 in July), construction (122.4 vs 121.2), and trade (98.4 vs 97.3). Meanwhile, the industry sectors remained unchanged (at 93.5).
