Poland’s corporate employment fell by 0.9% year-on-year to 6.43 million in July 2025, slightly more than market forecasts and the previous month’s 0.8% decline. This marked the 24th consecutive month of decrease in corporate employment. On a monthly basis, employment levels fell by 0.1% after a flat reading in the preceding period. Meanwhile, the average monthly gross salary increased by 7.6% from a year earlier to PLN 8,905.6.
