11 August 2025, 11:24  Denmark: Current Account Surplus Edges Higher in June.

Denmark’s seasonally adjusted current account surplus rose to DKK 27.3 billion in June 2025 from a downwardly revised DKK 26.6 billion in May, which had marked the lowest level in a year. The goods surplus widened to DKK 24.0 billion from DKK 22.1 billion, supported by a 2.0% increase in exports. The primary income surplus remained strong but eased slightly to DKK 7.1 billion from DKK 7.4 billion, while the secondary income deficit was unchanged at DKK 3.0 billion. In contrast, the services account swung to a deficit of DKK 0.9 billion from a surplus of DKK 0.2 billion, reflecting weaker service exports.
