The delay helped ease geopolitical tensions, boosting risk appetite. Meanwhile, foreign ministers from France, Germany, and the UK are meeting Iran’s Abbas Araghchi in Geneva to explore a return to negotiations with Western powers, in coordination with the EU. On the corporate front, top performers included Azimut (+3.8%), Telecom Italia (+2.9%), Bper Banca (+2.5%), and Interpump Group (+2.5%). In contrast, Snam (-0.9%), Terna (-0.8%), Saipem (-0.5%), and A2A (-0.6%) posted losses.
