7 March 2013, 23:08  ECB Draghi expects euro zone economy to decrease further in 2013, no new stimulus measures

ECB President Mario Draghi said at the beginning of his press conference that ECB expects euro zone economy to decrease further in 2013, to app 0.5% from 0.3% expected prior. Thursdat Draghi admitted that euro area economy is shrinking for the fifth straight quarter at the end of 2012.
Draghi stressed that no other new stimulus measures were planned and said that rates were left unchanged "by a prevailing consensus". It means that thae decision was not unanimous and was discussed among ECB members.
