Statistics Canada reported Friday that Canada trade deficit shortened to 901 mln Can dollars vs revised 1.67 bln Can dollars in November,.
The total decrease in 2012 was 11.95 bln Can dollars, while 901 million surplus was in 2011.
During December 2012, export was down 0.9% to 37.60 bln Can dollars, and import fell 2.8% to 38.51 bln Can dollars, the lowest level since September 2011.
