Аccording to the Federal Housing Finance Agency, their monthly home price index grew to 0.6% on a seasonally adjusted basis in December.
The November FHFA index was revised to 0.4% from 0.6% prior.
Compared with a year earlier, home prices were up 5.8%, FHFA released Tuesday.
