Ahead of Eurogroup meeting this Tuersday, which is supposed to easen the dept pressure on Greece economy, the euro advanced through the 1.2800 versus the US dollar. Reuters reported that Greece would get 44 billion euro on Dec 5. At the same time, the USpositive housing data added to rise in risk appetite. The dollar came under pressure on Monday while stocks rose broadly as investors were encouraged by signs of progress in talks to resolve the fiscal cliff in the US.
