House prices in the U.K. fell in December, the latest survey results from Hometrack showed Monday. Meanwhile, the property researcher expects the pace of decline to accelerate in 2012. Prices fell 0.2 percent month-on-month in December, the same pace of decline recorded in both October and November. Annually, prices fell 2.1 percent, slower than the 2.3 percent fall reported in November.
