The new housing price index reduces its growth pace in March again from February YoY pace, according to data released by Statistics Canada. New Housing prices rose 6.1% YoY in March 2008, an slower pace than 6.2% year to year increase figure posted in February 2008. The House only sector has risen 5.7% and Land only sector has risen 6,9% in March. Between February and March, prices gained 0.2%, with a 0.1% increased in house only sector and 0.4% increase in Land sector.
