The euro zone harmonised index of consumer prices rose a provisional 2.5 pct year-on-year in July, unchanged from the rate in June, EU statistics office Eurostat said. Economists polled by AFX News had forecast a rise of 2.4 pct. Final HICP figures are due to be released on Aug 17.
