Acting OPEC Secretary-General Anan Shihab-Eldin said today that the cartel is "concerned" by recent rises in the oil price that he said do not reflect fundamentals. "We are concerned that prices continue to go up beyond what fundamentals call for," he said at a conference in Oslo. "Fundamentals do not justify the current price levels," he said.
